My Help ensures we only recruit the staffs who adhere to the below requirements:

    Have latest police check

    • Have Cert III or Cert IV in Community Care and/or Aged care
    • Have certificates for appropriate jobs like dementia care, manual handling, first aid
    • Registered Nurse for Nursing service
    • Have proper and hygienic vehicle for shopping and medical appointments
    • Have proper identification documents
    • All certificates/insurances/documents if working as handyman, gardener or masseur

    We provide induction, training, support and mentoring to all our employees so that quality care is provided to our clients. We also undertake reference checks and police checks before anyone becomes part of our team.
